He co-founded North Coast Commercial Real Estate in 2008 and has also been Principal of Ray White Lismore Real Estate for 24 years. Chris has extensive experience in marketing and negotiating property in the commercial and industrial area. He has been appointed as marketing agent for numerous properties by organisations such as PBB Advisory, McDonalds  Australia, Harvey Norman, Woolworths, Lismore City Council, Ballina Shire Council, Westlawn Finance Limited and Southern Cross University. Over the past 15 years, Chris has successfully sold and negotiated more commercial and industrial properties than any other agent in his market place. Becoming a Director of North Coast Commercial Real Estate in 2020 but having lived in Lismore all his life, Neil has an intimate knowledge of the area and has been personally investing locally for almost 20 years. Neil believes in a no nonsense approach and is renowned for his energy, honesty and communication. A strong negotiator, Neil prides himself on his attention to detail ensuring the very best experience for both buyers and sellers.

 

Peter Smailes

Commercial Asset Manager & Leasing

Peter has 20 years experience within the Commercial Property sector in the South East Queensland market, predominantly the Brisbane City Fringe. Peter commenced his      career in Industrial Leasing and subsequently moved to Chesterton International located in the Brisbane CBD where he remained leasing. As time passed natural progression saw a more expanded role in sales activity and he also managed campaign presentation/transactions for small Trusts, Private Investors, Local Governments and Receivers. With his wide body of experience and understanding Peter offers competent and knowledgeable management in all aspects of commercial property.

 

Jenni Law

Commercial Administration

Commencing her career in the real estate industry in 2005 whilst living in Broome, Western Australia, Jenni brings extensive knowledge and skills to her role in administration. Jenni’s involvement in all areas of the industry ranging from Property Management, Accounts Management, Sales Assistant and Administration has helped develop efficient and professional best practice models which are an asset to North Coast Commercial Real Estate.  Jenni’s experience and understanding of real estate allows her to offer clients a high level of service in property transactions and is here to assist the Directors, Property Manager and clients in all administration matters.

 

Sara Goldsmith

Administration Assistant

Sara is the newest member of the North Coast Commercial team. With a background in customer service and with qualifications in business administration, Sara provides support to Property Management, Sales and Accounts departments. Currently undertaking a certification of registration in Property Services, Sara is a welcome addition to our agency.
