Management. After being a licenced Strata Manager for the past 15 years, Matt is now undertaking the Certificate IV in Property Services, and currently holds the Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.
Brooke Fletcher

Brooke is an administrator with experience in operational management and business ownership. She has worked in school administration, supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating staff, managing processes, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across functions. Brooke has previously owned and run a catering business, responsible for budgeting, supplier management, staffing, client communication, and event delivery. This required strong organisation and time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure which she brings to the North Coast Commercial team.

Commencing her career in the real estate industry in 2005 whilst living in Broome, Western Australia, Jenni brings extensive knowledge and skills to her role in commercial administration and management. Jenni’s involvement in all areas of the industry ranging from Property Management, Accounts Management, Sales Assistant and Administration has helped develop efficient and professional best practice models which are an asset to North Coast Commercial Real Estate. Jenni’s experience and understanding of real estate allows her to offer clients a high level of service in property transactions.
